Batting left handed against the St. Louis Browns at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis.  This home run was hit to right-center over the pavilion and across the street near the sidewalk on the far side of the road at a point 493' from home plate in front of a car dealership.  The location was indicated on a chart by Roy Sievers.
